Dual Buffer Conveyor

Also known as an NG Buffer or NG/OK Sorting Buffer, this equipment is positioned after single-rail inspection machines. It manages board flow by buffering NG (No-Good) boards and passing OK boards straight through, or serves as a general buffer behind high-speed production lines. Custom sizes are available to match various application scenarios, and the machine is primarily composed of a transmission guide rail, a lifting buffer unit, and electrical controls.
