PCB Magazine Dual Unloder
The Dual-Rail PCB Unloader utilizes turnover boxes (magazines) with interlayers to store PCB/PCBA, working at the end of dual-rail automated production lines for standard unloader operations. It can also connect with a dual-rail sorting machine and dual-rail AOI; via the NG/OK instructions issued by the AOI and the sorting machine's NG buffer / OK pass-through mode, it performs OK unloading tasks. Available in four standard models to meet PCBA board requirements of 250mm, 330mm, 390mm, and 460mm, with custom magazine and machine dimensions available upon request.
Workflow: Operators place empty turnover boxes without PCB/PCBA onto the loading conveyor, which transports them via tank chains to the lifting platform for step-by-step descending. A motorized pusher inserts incoming PCB/PCBA boards one by one into the magazine until full. The full turnover box is then transported via the unloading conveyor tank chain to the output position for manual retrieval. Once the full box clears, the lifting platform ascends back to the loading conveyor position to repeat the cycle with the next empty box.

- 15W Fixed-Speed Conveyor Motor: The conveyor belt is powered by a reliable 15W fixed-speed motor.
- Pneumatic Magazine Clamping: Magazine clamping is securely executed using pneumatic cylinders for maximum reliability.
- Lifting Platform Safety Sensors: The vertical movement of the lifting platform is equipped with work sensors to ensure total safety and protection for the material boxes.
- Variable-Speed Stepper Motor for Conveyor Belts: The conveyor belt motor adopts an adjustable-speed stepper motor for flexible control.
- Dual Pusher Conveyor Sets: Includes two sets of pusher conveyors of varying lengths tailored to different machine models.
- Adjustable Pitch Options: Step pitch can be configured into 4 distinct settings (10, 20, 30, 40mm, 50mm).
- Automated Turnover Box Exchange: Turnover boxes can be automatically replaced via the integrated loading and unloading mechanisms.
- Automatic Fault Code Display: Features built-in automatic malfunction detection with clear error code displays.
- Automatic Alarm & Status Indicator: Equipped with an automatic alarm system and a status indicator featuring a 3-color tower light and buzzer.
- Standard Signal Interface: Equipped with standard signal connections for seamless in-line communication with other equipment.
- Complete Electrical Box & Tower Light: Includes a full set of electrical control enclosures and a 3-color status tower light.
