Working Principle
Cleaning Process
Generally utilizes externally added aqueous cleaning solutions. The liquid is pre-heated by a heater to enhance cleaning capability, and the cleaning time can be easily set via the touch screen. High-pressure water streams generated by water pumps thoroughly strip away all substances from the fixture surface for chemical cleaning. Stripped contaminants are filtered out to recycle the cleaning solution and extend its service life. Free of surfactants and solid residues, the formula leaves no residue after drying and avoids lifespan reduction caused by surfactant-contaminant binding, ensuring safety and reliability.
Rinsing Process
Uses pure water as the rinsing fluid, supplied via external pipelines. Rinsing time can be set directly on the touch screen. The water pump pressure is utilized to impact and strip away residual liquid contaminants from the fixture. The stripped pollutants are filtered out through a filtration system to prevent secondary contamination and guarantee cleaning performance.
Drying Process
Designed to dry the minimal moisture and water vapor brought out from the rinsing tank by utilizing high temperatures and circulating hot air generated by heaters. As the airflow moves, the heater rapidly heats the wind. When the hot air blows toward the fixture surface, the circulating hot air accelerates liquid evaporation, removing moisture and water vapor to achieve complete dryness.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How many pallets/fixtures can be loaded at once?
Depending on the size of the fixtures, the loading capacity per batch will vary. The following empirical data is for your reference:
| Fixture Size (mm) | Loading Quantity |
|---|---|
| 200 x 480 | Approx. 54 pcs |
| 300 x 480 | Approx. 24 pcs |
| 400 x 480 | Approx. 16 pcs |
2. How long does the cleaning cycle take?
Depending on the cleaning frequency, the set cleaning time per cycle will vary. The following empirical data is for your reference:
| Cleaning Frequency (Cycles before wash) | Cleaning Time (Mins, incl. Rinsing & Drying) |
|---|---|
| 1 | 8 mins |
| 5 | 12 mins |
| 10 | 20 mins |
3. What is the service life of the filter element?
Depending on the fixture size, the quantity cleaned per batch varies. The following empirical data is for your reference:
| Cleaning Frequency (Cycles before wash) | Filter Lifespan (Batches) |
|---|---|
| 1 | 40 |
| 5 | 20 |
| 10 | 15 |
4. Why does the fixture surface feel a bit "fuzzy" or "furbed" after cleaning?
Reason: The fixture material is synthetic stone (composite stone), primarily composed of resin and high-temperature resistant fiberglass. After multiple uses, the resin on the surface is partially carbonized by high temperatures and peeled off under the influence of flux, while the fiberglass remains unaffected. Before cleaning, the fixture surface is covered with flux, making the fibers invisible and unnoticeable.
Once cleaned, the flux is washed away, exposing the fibers, which gives a fuzzy tactile sensation. In contrast, fixtures cleaned manually often have residual flux due to incomplete cleaning, so they do not exhibit this fuzzy phenomenon.
Solution: If you wish to avoid this fuzzy texture in the future, you can shorten the cleaning time slightly—ensuring it is not cleaned excessively—provided that soldering quality is not compromised.
