Automatic PCB Magazine Unloader Overview

The Automatic PCB Unloader stores PCBs/PCBAs using magazine slot intervals and systematically receives incoming boards one by one via a synchronized elevating platform and motorized pusher mechanism, realizing fully automated board unloading. We offer four standard model sizes—250, 330, 390, and 460—to match your specific product dimensions, with custom magazines and machine configurations available upon request.

Operation Workflow:

Operators place empty magazines (without PCBs/PCBAs) onto the infeed conveyor:

Infeed Transfer: The empty magazine is driven by the cable carrier (tank chain) power transmission system into the lifting platform for step-by-step descending.
Pushing & Storing: The motorized pusher systematically pushes incoming PCBs/PCBAs into the magazine slot by slot until it is fully filled.
Outfeed & Recycling: Once fully loaded, the magazine is transferred via the outfeed cable carrier transmission system to the exit position for manual removal.
Cycle Reset: After the loaded magazine is discharged, the elevating platform ascends back to the infeed position to receive the next empty magazine, seamlessly repeating the automated cycle.
