Automatic PCB Magazine Loader Overview

The Automatic PCB Loader stores PCBs/PCBAs using magazine slot intervals and systematically feeds boards out one by one via a synchronized elevating platform and pneumatic pusher mechanism, realizing fully automated board loading. We offer four standard model sizes—250, 330, 390, and 460—to match your specific product dimensions, with custom magazines and machine configurations available upon request.

Operation Workflow:

Operators manually load individual PCBs/PCBAs into the magazine, then place the loaded magazine onto the infeed conveyor:

Infeed Transfer: The loaded magazine is driven by the cable carrier (tank chain) power transmission system into the lifting platform.
Elevating & Pushing: The elevating platform steps upward to align the magazine with the pusher mechanism, which dispenses the PCBs/PCBAs one by one according to system commands.
Outfeed & Recycling: Once emptied, the empty magazine is transferred via the outfeed cable carrier system to the exit position for manual removal.
Cycle Reset: The elevating platform descends back to the infeed position to receive the next loaded magazine, seamlessly repeating the automated cycle.
