Automatic PCB Board Destacker Overview
The Automatic PCB Board Destacker (Layer-Stacking Loader) is designed for automated production lines to stack bare PCBs on top of the machine and perform drop-down style automatic board feeding. It supports a maximum bare PCB size of L600 × W460 mm, with a capacity to load up to 200 pieces of 1mm-thick boards at a time.
Featuring non-stop board feeding and pass-through functions, it can integrate a magazine loader in the front to handle component-loaded PCBAs using magazine feeding, while bare PCBs utilize the destacking mode. This flexible dual-mode switching allows for optimized efficiency across various production scenarios.

- Alarm & Status Indication: Built-in automatic alarm function equipped with a 3-color tower light and buzzer for clear status monitoring.
- Standard SMEMA Interface: Comes with standard communication signals for seamless online linkage with other peripheral equipment.
