Automatic Nozzle Cleaning Machine Overview
The Fully Automatic Nozzle Cleaning Machine adopts a multi-nozzle spray cleaning method, utilizing fluid dynamics to atomize water into extremely fine mist. Driven by sonic speed, it generates powerful kinetic energy directed onto the nozzles, creating a continuous energy field above the components to shatter surface and internal contamination. The system requires no chemical solvents and operates entirely using industrial pure water.
Cleaning Process: The machine operates fully automatically, cleaning up to 30 nozzles per cycle. Different fixture trays are provided to accommodate various nozzle types, ensuring compatibility with all placement machine nozzle models. After washing, the nozzles are automatically blow-dried using compressed air.
Inspection: Simply take out the fixture tray and place it onto a dedicated nozzle inspection device to observe the genuine cleanliness condition of the washed nozzles.
